Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
If we expand international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
COHA Beauty is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before submitting your order.
If your package appears lost or delayed, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at cohabeauty.co@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cohabeauty.co@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or other resolution if appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
